Our purpose
Many families need reliable healthcare support without repeatedly moving an older, frail or chronically ill person to a facility. GERIMED is being developed to make appropriate home-based care easier to request, coordinate, document and follow up.
The platform combines operational coordination with structured clinical workflows and is designed to grow across Tamil Nadu.
